Following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather, Jeff McCann entered the “dirt business” at an early age.  He began his career at the age of 12 operating heavy equipment for the family company.  He continued working in the business through college while earning a degree in Building Construction from the University of Washington in 1994

After graduating, Jeff accepted a job offer from Thomas Construction where he worked as an Engineer and Project Estimator.  While working full time he also became a licensed Real Estate Agent and went back to school in the evenings to earn a Masters in Construction Management.
